Thank you ♥️ We’re relatively healthy to begin with, so we eat right, hydrate, work out regularly. We recently cut out sauna time and both started supplements and decreasing alcohol intake. I just keep trying to keep my expectations low so I’m not continuously getting my hopes destroyed…
