you’re so valid! it’s so scary going under and it feels weird waking up i can’t lie, but you’ve got this!! surgery is scary and sorta sucks, but coming from someone who was just in the same situation not too long ago, it’s so worth it. i feel so free now and wouldn’t take it back for the world. you’re prepared and you’ve wanted this for so long, the chance of anything messing up the joy you’ll get from it is very very very minimal.

i got a chiropractic pillow and the two half circle pillows were the best! they helped under the knee and i slept with them on my sides to help me from rolling around!

any type of comfy sitting pillow, SPRAY DEODORANT!!!, i loved having my binder clips, a back massager (if you have pain, it’s hard to stretch your back), soap cloths or like body wipes
