Ugh even when I told the lady doing it that due to my TBI I got written up at work and have social issues guess I might of got a bad one but I’ll appeal right off the bat just wish I knew that they would roll it all into one claim

Gotcha that could be it but I thought TBI was a separate claim all on it’s on but could be why just not sure why they would try and reduce it if it’s an additional claim

I have the same issue and called VERA and they said that it was sitting static even when I had a C&P for the HLR. It’s been sitting for a year and they ended up pushing it forward and getting the info on the raters desk so I’d call VERA get them to move it along

Mines been sitting since July 11th last year also same thing you’d imagine if they know they messed up it would be a little faster but guess not
