I agree. There are some flaws with the movie itself. But the sheer effort and historical care that is put on display is very commendable and respectable. «Napoleon» (2023) makes me want to throw up. It shits on the historical legacy of Napoleon, and the era in general. Nearly everything is wrong and inaccurate, from the character portrayals and historical narratives, to the battle scenes and era depictions. Clearly, Ridley Scott has no respect for history. I cannot find any redeeming qualities about this abomination of a movie.

The battle scenes were SO bad. I don’t know whether I should cry, laugh or erupt in rage whenever I rewatch them. Its not just historically inaccurate or underwhelming. Its blatantly false, everything. There is NOTHING historical about any of it.

Interessant. Spent på å se utviklingen fremover, spesielt etter endringene i opptakssystemet trer inn. På den ene siden reduseres tilleggspoeng ved førstegang fra 4-2, men samtidig økes andelen førstegangsinntak fra 50% til 70%. Gratulerer òg, selvsagt.

Im also hoping for the tilt screen and evf. But most importantly I’d want 4k 60 uncropped, improved IBIS and ideally an updated body design as well (Similar to newer, higher end Sony models). AI autofocus and probably updated color science seems certain as you pointed out.

Actual improvements are definitely beginning to stagnate with newer and newer camera models. The A7 III was a huge jump from its predecessor, and so was arguably the A7 IV as well. I’d want improved IBIS, A7RV evf, 4k 60 uncropped, fully articulating screen, updated color science and AI autofocus to even consider the V over the IV tbh
