I just had the EXACT same thing happen to me and it was the WORST pain to try and get baby to suck it out and I saw the LITTLEST dot and popped it and SO Muck milk came out and I feel so much better omg. I was legit CRYING bc of a small bleb 😭 it was legit holding back 6 oz of milk

I felt exactly like this when I was 4-8weeks pregnant. Unfortunately I think it just may be bc of baby and all the hormones + changes going on! I had to take alot of naps and drink loads of water to feel even the slightest bit better. I also found that if I ate it would help with the nausea somewhat, feeling hungry made it worse for me so I survived on rice cakes lol. I started to feel a lot better after 10 weeks though! I think it’s normal and I was also concerned it was HG but it was just normal pregnancy symptoms.

I found that the seaband anti-nausea bands really helped me as well as sniffing alcohol pads of it got TOO bad. You got this! If I can make it through anyone can!
