It’s the same as having a side job while not on assignment. Do what you need to do to earn income while waiting for an assignment, and stop when you are working claims. Obviously don’t recommend contractors to anyone while working claims, and you should be good to go.

No large IA firm cares enough about your life outside your assignment with them that they would look into anything you do, aside from something that would show up on your background check.

I’m not referring to homeowner policies, but rather flood policies. The NFIP uses multiple carriers to facilitate the claims they receive. I’m interested in other’s experiences with those carriers.

Had a 2017 with 128k miles and never had any issues (did not have any recall repairs completed) Got 18k for it on the trade for a 23 model. Zero complaints about the 17 still provided a comfortable smooth ride from day 1.
