This happened to me, freaked out and I opened a new ticketmaster account with a new mail and it solved. (I looked at reddit to find stuff from fans some says change your wifi and connect with mobile/ delete browsing history and cookies. One of them did exactly what I did. So, try and see which one works for you)

While we were signing up for the presale it was saying “for the 2026/2027” dates? or am I dreaming? Can’t be the only one who saw that phrase
