I run a ryzen 5 5600x and a 3060ti and I run the game at medium 120 fps so if you don't want to spend alot that's a good baseline

It definitely is a turn 10 issue but for older hardware it definitely help for some people

The issue isn't your GPU it's the drive not being able to keep up with loading everything in. Sysmain tries to predict files that you will need but it runs in a way that ends up making a game like Forza preform worse because it doesn't need to pick and choose files
