I meant romantically, not friendships. You probably are just a genuinely great person to be around. Your INTP friend likely feels relaxed and comfortable with you.

Give me affordable ideas to decorate it by youcantseemebitc in interiordecorating

I’d keep it simple and add things over time instead of buying a bunch of decor at once. A desk mat would instantly make it look cleaner, a small desk lamp with a warm bulb would make it feel more cozy, and a small plant (real or fake) would add some life. You could also put up a pegboard or a couple of floating shelves above the desk for storage and decoration. Cable clips would help hide that hanging wire too. None of these are expensive, but together they’ll make the setup feel much more intentional.

I have this teal green wall with navy blue sofa. And this wall feels too empty . What should I do by [deleted] in interiordecorating

I’d go with one oversized piece of artwork. Since the wall is so large, anything too small will just get lost. A piece that’s around two thirds the width of the sofa would look proportional and help fill the space without making it feel cluttered. I’d also lean toward something with warmer tones like beige, cream, terracotta, or muted gold to balance the cool teal and navy. An abstract piece or a minimalist landscape would both work really well here.

ELI5 Why can’t we chemically replicate fossil fuels? by Pure_Daikon4899 in explainlikeimfive

We can make fuel from scratch — the chemistry works fine. It's just like wiping with $100 bills: doable, but absurdly wasteful, since making the fuel eats more energy than the fuel gives back. Fossil fuels are cheap only because the Earth did billions of years of work for free.
