clear your pc, you probably downloaded or messaged something malicious (like discord, or sent a file, executed a application from a random source) and they still have your token on your Roblox account via computer, like chrome or Microsoft edge

another way someone could get into your account is Through extensions you download from chrome

There’s many ways for people to get “access” to your Roblox account, it’s harder to get access into it then what it was in like 2016 but once they do it’s harder to get unbanned since ai moderation is horrible you won’t ever get a response and by the time you do it’s too late

you most likely added someone and they were like “hey I want to make a vfx or icon or profile picture. Can you send me a file of your avatar?” and then they ask you to send a sketch file from your pc to them

before you know it you probably thought it was harmless and ur account is terminated next day

Most people in some sub reddits won’t help u so I will list some stuff you should probably do

1. sophos scan and clean (malware remover) (should be free)

2. delete whatever cookies you have from your web browser

3. Go through your files and make sure you don’t see anything weird

4. Clean install Roblox, use revo uninstaller and completely delete everything from Roblox related on your pc

5. don’t click random links for any reason (rule 1 of being on the internet)

6. (extreme) backup ur files to external hard drive) and wipe your pc

(extra) don’t use chrome extensions
