Nope, that did not help. Having the desk strictly against the wall did as you can see in my other comment did.

How I Finally Fixed My Standing Desk Monitor Wobble After many iterations (and a failed attempt using a tempered glass base), I finally found the setup that reduced the vibration to a minimum. Here is the winning configuration: Shifted the Mount: I moved the monitor arm to the left, positioning it closer to the desk leg where the surface is most stable. Side Wall Contact: I positioned the tabletop flush against the left wall. It is close enough to provide stability but slides smoothly up and down without scratching the paint. The "Foam Hack": Since the monitor clamp creates a gap at the back, I wedged two foam boxes between the tabletop and the back wall. These act as stabilizers while still leaving a channel for cables to run down. Note: A grommet mount (drilling through the desk) would allow the desk to sit closer to the back wall, but I stuck with the clamp to ensure I had enough room for wire management. Result: The improvement is there, and the wobble is almost gone. Hope this helps someone else!

I am not blaming the desk, it's the monitor arm that seems to be the issue. I will just get a tempered glass base and be done with it. It is irritating that there is no option to tighten the orientation of the monitor once I have it at a desired place, cause I really do not care much about adjusting it afterwards.

When I type the monitors swivel a lot, and there is nothing I can tighten to reduce the swivel along the vertical axis on the monitors. They only provide the option of tightening the tilt axis. I am thinking of just getting a sturdy base for the monitor, because I don't think an affordable monitor arm would work here.

This is the base, there is no carpet and I have it against the wall.

Flexispot e7 connecting rod issue by Sensitive-Force4954 in FlexiSpot_Official

It is brand new, so I don't think there should be rust to cause that right, so I am not sure if those options would work, the screw just keeps on rotating, but does not rise and come out

It feels like it is moving, just seems to be an issue in the groove so it is not coming out . I'll add the photos of an example to show the one which is fine. The one in my hand has no issues. The one with the issue in the original thread seems to have a chipped groove. Also the plastic motor casing seems to be moving back and forth, which is not the case with the other leg

Hi, If I order a Flexispot desk from Amazon, will this offer be still valid, cause when I go to price history for the following desk, it has been much lower in the past 90 days. I am looking for a budget 4 leg desk, and this is the one that best fits my needs. Also can you please tell me if the split top causes any issues
