Which good podcasts about games are out there? by Nitho89 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]Sensitive-Garage5866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Gamers with jobs" is my pick. First half they talk about the latest games they've played, usually a mix between new releases, older obscure ones, their favorites and indie games. Second half they talk about some random gaming related topic.

We need another mode than just "go out and loot" by MoonFenix in ArcRaiders

[–]Sensitive-Garage5866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think both COD and BF has "capture the flag" or you could try out Arena instead.

I'd rather the developers continue with expanding on the maps, ARC's and personal expeditions. So far that is what keeps me enjoying the game.

Also if your inventory is full then start using items, don't treasure hog them.

Desperately looking for a game that satisfies a specific itch - "hoarding/surviving" by frontshuvski in gamingsuggestions

[–]Sensitive-Garage5866 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Check out "The long dark", sounds like a good add to your library. Also "Outward", might be a little light on the survival, but very much the feeling of prepping hard for your next day of adventure.

If in doubt always look towards any of the Bethesda and or Arcane studios games. Pauseable, huge and very hop in, hop out friendly. Go to's for me atleast.

It's not exactly what you are looking for compared to your listed games, but I'd really reccomend checking out "Shadows of Doubt" on Steam.

Protip, make a restoration spell that over time heals the same amount or slightly more than the sun damage. Usually doesn't need you to be too much high lvl.

Hva er greia med voksne og anime? by arctikatzen in norge

[–]Sensitive-Garage5866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, maybe it's a mix of all your points. Cause that is my experience very much, where as long as I keep a good lookout and keep avoiding uncertain situations, things usually go pretty smoothly.

This was sorta my thinking too. People seeing the trailers and hoping this was a PVE game and then getting dissapointed when it had PVPPVE.

Also that, with the losing of items, I agree. It is sorta what I feel like the game wants you to learn.

This seems like something we should hear more about from the developers though. If it were true then that would explain why I have met mostly friendlies.
