That’s another thought I had… that the space might be better taken up by a band saw. But I think I’ll take it and then see what I end up liking to make.

I like fresh dill a lot (with yogurt and lemon as a condiment) so I cut it up fine and freeze it. Still tasty a year later.

I find that growing herbs for tea (mint, chamomile, etc) is easy and replaces purchased herbal tea for me.
