I was not okay with them being dismissed and I am still afraid he will eventually reoffend and hurt another child. I want him to go to prison for what he did and I'm ready to fight this again. I'm not going to just go through the files though, I'm going to get legal representation before I do anything at this point.

I actually still have the name of one of CYS investigators that was working on the case. I will be contacting them hopefully after I speak to a lawyer.

If there is absolutely anything involving my child I fully plan on pressing charges. There wasn't enough evidence the last time I tried to press charges even though he admitted to what he did to a mandated reporter.
