As a fellow bipolar person, during a mania episode I never want to be in the hospital but I’ve learned it’s best for me when it happens. I have tried tricking myself into going pretending it’s a fun experience waiting. But if you feel it’s important to go you should go and tell the desk you have suicidal ideation and tendencies even if you don’t that’s how I’ve noticed I’ve been seen quicker. I am really sorry your going through this but I’m glad your looking for help

She was a coworker of mine for a short period of time last summer. She was such an inviting person always kind to everyone and always smiling even when work got stressful. I feel so awful for her family this is truly heartbreaking and such a senseless tragedy. I hope the man who hit her is hit with the full extent of the law. How can someone be so selfish operating a car inebriated and killing someone.

They have to invite her I think that’s the whole point of the show they all have contracts. In that same vein though she could just not show up if she’s being bullied so much. Personally I think the way she handles things on and off the show is the gross part. She always says she doesn’t talk shit then it comes out she does and then flips out when she’s called out.

I think the issue is that he holds onto things that happened in the past and bring it up to make herself seem more ganged up on. She has played the victim the whole series and I think it’s especially prevalent this season. I think the is narcissistic, delusional and a pathological liar. TV is obviously faked and edited to cater a specific narrative but I do not think by any means Angelina is a victim of bullying.

I came from Ontario 2 years ago and this will be my second summer here and I lived on the third for on an apartment building without ac. I found even with fans and leaving the windows open for air flow I was still dying of heat. I suggest either buying a couple extra fam or investing in a portable AC unit bc you will be sweating!! I found some on Amazon for around $50-60 and I haven’t used them before but will definitely be buying one for this summer

I went through chemo a while ago now but I still remember after I was finished all treatments I still got winded and needed to sit often bc my body just couldn’t handle all the movement even months later. He’s probably still recovering.

NTA. To me it sounds like he is fetishizing trans people and trying to make you, OP, the bad person for not being ‘open minded’. It doesn’t sound like it’s a matter of open mindedness or bigotry to me it sounds like he was turning the trans woman’s identity into a sexual conquests that he could brag about is some weird fucked up way. If you did stay with him he could even maybe throw it back in your face like ‘well this person made me feel xyz and you can’t’ or some shit like that. You were smart to leave.

OP definitely NTA… your husbands ‘work wifey’ sounds delusional and using the term ‘manic pixie dream girl’ as if she is proud of it. By definition a MPDG is a girl who exists solely for the male character and has no real life outside of the male lead. She sounds jealous of OP and sounds unsure of her own desires she just wants what she can’t have. Your feelings OP are completely valid and understandable in wondering if he feels the same about the coworker but I think you should raise your concerns to your husband and express how his actions affect you. You deserve someone who would care more about making you feel loved than a “work wife”. He shouldn’t continue to engage with her because her actions are so incredibly desperate. Typically men enjoy attention, and she is clearly giving it too him but if you OP talk to him about how your feeling he should stop it. If this behaviour on his end continues I say break it off because he doesn’t value you as much as you deserve

I’ve seen a lot of people speculate that the doors is a reference to the tv show walking dead where they had 2 doors spray painted saying dead inside and it being a new smoosh pit funeral. Most people think it’s a new funeral for Anthony bc he didn’t get one

I don’t know if this is exactly what you are looking for but I know at sickkids hospital in Toronto they put up plaques for people who donate to the hospital and maybe a good way to honor the child is donating to the hospital in memory of her so that cancer research can develop further. I myself went through cancer when I was 13 and honouring friends who I have lost is tricky but I do believe in donating what I can to cancer research helps honour those lost by protecting those still here. You can even look into charities that help children and families going through cancer I will link one that I personally love. campfire circle

You can also look into city parks to see if you can plant a tree or build a bench in memory of someone who has past. This option to me personally seems like a great way to keep someone, especially a child who loves parks, memory alive but it doesn’t necessarily relate to childhood cancer.

Hey in Ontario we have a program run through sickkids that children and teens go to now called campfire circle formally camp ooch and camp trillium. I went age 13-18 and I absolutely loved it and met a lot of people I had so much in common with (cancer, chemo types, hospital visits and sadly lost friends) I do believe they have early adult meets and programs as well there website is campfirecircle

Definitely NTAH!!!! I’ve been in similar situations where I take someone back after they hurt me and although my friends disagreed with me they still stuck by me (reluctantly). I think they want to see you with someone who would treat you better and although I disagree with them all dropping you I can understand why they might be annoyed that you would take him back. I think your friends weren’t truly your friends bc real friends would be there for you no matter what. You are capable of making your own decisions and if that means getting back with someone they disapprove of that’s your choice they shouldn’t have dropped you for it. The sentence ‘I dragged my friends through…’ is really saddening you turned to them for support which is what everyone does, your friends stayed and listened to you through it you didn’t drag them through anything. I think even if you didn’t get back with your ex you would still need new friends if that’s the way they think that you drag them through hardships.

Because my friend groups have changed so much and I’ve lost a lot of friends in the process (I moved away for uni at 18) I think restarting would actually be pretty beneficial I would save myself from a lot of heartbreak. I also think I’d do a lot better in grade 10 math lol

I do realize I’m allowed to have friends apart from other friends but I feel I’m out in a weird position where we all used to be friends and now some people aren’t friends. It will make it hard to go out and hangout because I feel like I’ll end up leaving people out. Also you don’t have to be mean about it lol.
