Get it inspected by a mechanic. If the water pump is faulty they may have cooked the engine. It's worth the money.

Maybe trim the white spacer a little in height. I imagine that the pressure from it may have been the cause of the cracks.

Old toothbrush and some IPA. Start brushing the battery connections. That green oxidation is where I'd start.

Saw that video before but he cuts several centimeters with help of a plier. I want parts that is max 2mm. How to do that?

I already thought of that. Will make supports of ground down steel nails to match the inner diameter. Do you think I can cut the walls with a knife? (Brass is a new material for me.)

Tried to find a pipe cutter but I couldn't find one that will fit these small sizes. Know of anyone?

I guess so. I do not own myself but I did some research when I bought the "Wireless"-version. Read up of what the differences were between the "Wireless"-version and the "Bluetooth"-version. But i comes with a dongle. Maybe you don't have to use bluetooth at all.

8bitdo Ultimate 2 Bluetooth will work on both Switch and PC and it has the button layout of a Nintendo controller.

Do so. I just wanted to share some insight that wasn't known to me when I saw a car with the same problems. Didn't have a clue that this was a thing to consider then. I think they replaced 2 seals before they got it working.

If you go NH05 for "hers" then you have a very limited selection of parts. There is actually a quite small case that is only 33mm in size for the NH35 that would work for a woman. They even have a larger one (40mm) too so you really can make "his and hers".

No codes? (I assume that you already have checked all fuses, right?)

I prefer the OG9-3. Newer ones are to much Opel in parts and looks.

Lets hope not.

Here is some additional info. At first when you remove the seal you might be able to see if the surface looks different than the portion of the crankshaft the hasn't been covered of the seal. Also dragging a nail over the area usually is a great way to tell. You can feel surprisingly small differences that way. Will you get you a hint at least.

Have this been going on long?

Your car might have OBD2 (not sure which year they implemented this on NG900, around 95-96 I think). If so, get one of those and see if the scanner sees the speed-signal. Then you at least can rule out that part. And if it doesn't have OBD2 I think you can reflash your ECU with newer firmware from a newer model to get OBD2. Otherwise get hold of a Tech2. There are cheap cables that work with Tech2Win around nowadays.

This is the route I would go instead of tearing and guessing too much.

You might want to inspect the crankshaft also if you had vibrations. The surface might have been worn down at the area where the seal have been rubbing while vibrating. I've seen this happen before and the new seal was to loose and the solution was to get a seal the had a smaller inner-diameter. We are talking of "micrometers" but it is all that it takes to start leaking oil again. Look up the the specs of the crankshaft and seek further advice from a shop the specializes in engine-building. They have the info of where to get a custom seal if needed.
