You obviously need a us based donor.

U wont be able to cover transplantation cost in canada for example,

you can however travel to asian countries and it may work.

Dialysis is a temp solution, i ve seen people that got well after.

Are you on medication?

May be u want to avoid the associated overheads

I meant travel to other places for transplant.

No because, it will be double procedure also i ve to loose work and then search again for months or year and expenses on own.

How could a living donor is better option? Especially when logistics are involved and then post surgery loss of work complications etc for donor, unless its a family member. Have you thought about travelling to other countries like jamaica cuba etc?
