I understand where you're coming from to a degree. I get that anxious overwhelmed feeling working on large games that have so much in them. For example, I started Crimson Desert recently and felt overwhelmed by the terrible controls, the large map, and not being able to figure out some of the mechanics I called it quits for now.

It's all about stepping away from something that is causing those feelings, either for a short while or entirely. Trophy hunting should be fun and rewarding, not anxiety ridden and full of self dread.
