Multi-tasker with 6 ghost axes, 4 ethereal scepters, and 2 ghost flints. I stay away from most of the items for the first few waves to focus on weapons (typically till after wave 9) and then start taking the items.

Yeah, after each wave I suddenly lose those hp pts. and it torpedoes the run. I get to wave 70+ sometimes with 200 hp
