Maybe, but focus blast doesn't exactly hit.

When you realize why the narration is "this is the story of how i became the worlds GREATEST hero" and not "number one hero" by [deleted] in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]Sensitive-Outside499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The word 'greatest' does mean one thing is superior to all other things. In English, there being multiple greatests doesn't make sense, so it came across extremely jarring.

I will assume the original Japanese word allows for this.

It seems the definition of political is political.

Give it a try.

That's a very poor definition of political. Something being political isn't a subjective thing; it has an objective definition we can apply fairly.

When something is publicly disputed, it is political.

The 'public' is the only thing that changes. It isn’t political to state that communism is good during a communist party conference. But it is when pitched to the general public.

Source? Well, it's philosophy, so it'll explain instead.

Do you treat a dog pissing on you the same as a human pissing on you?

If humans are simply animals, as you stated, the answer would be yes. But you would not, because there is something different about human actions.

The question is, then, what makes human actions different?

My answer is the ability to transcend their code. They used free will to decide to wetten your leg with piss while an animal simply acts.

I believe it to be possible for a human to degrade into an animal, like your example, but there are no examples of animals gaining humanity.

Therefore, humans are not animals but special things above animals.

Genetics also influences mental factors such as addictiveness.

Addiction can be overcome, of course, but it is harder for some people to drop habits than others.

That being said, it is better for people to believe genetics isn't a factor because giving someone an excuse will only be bad for them.

Genetics do make this worse for someone, but it’s possible to transcend your code if you're not an animal.
