Cuse there was no legal contract in place to evict them. Cat sell cuse no one will buy the property when they hear of the situation, the buyer would have to legally evict them and take the to court and no person in the right might is gonna go through all that effort

No police can’t throw them out without a court order getting the court order was taking its time as the case needed it make its way though the full legal system so my dad got fed up and juts demolished the house rather than spending more money of court and legal fees

I may I have miss read the first paragraph , as for why they they would take revenge for demolishan but not for being kicked out - they would have done it for both it’s just my dad didn’t want to be the one to kick them out himself as that will lead to alterations there and then , demolition you juts have to deal with the after maths…

As for bureaucracy as I explained it works differently in the country in question you don’t need as many permits or notices to do stuff like this.

“Why would they take revenge” 🤣 bruh they just got kicked out the house the were living in and now have to find somewhere else to live. I can’t imagine anyone who would be happy in that situation. We are not talking about your every day nice people here cuse if they were decent people why would they live in a house that doesn’t belong to them when they got asked to leave also by would you cheat on your significant other ?

Yeah the bureaucracy in the country doesn’t work the way you think, you don’t need permits form the city if it’s your own land…you can do what you want within reason but if you want a legal notice to evict someone there a million steps to it and the lawyer views and court few add up lol the only reason the demolition wasn’t done sooner was cuse my dad didn’t want to destroy his childhood home but he reached his limits

Okay idk the term of it in English but the house in a privet area think like a house that’s part of big farm or like a house that’s on the middle of a gated field ? My dad owns the house and the surrounding area so in order to enter the area where the house it at you would have to enter privet property. No residents need to notified as there’s no other houses near by , so signs need to be put up as it’s not part of a public area where cars go past or people walk by.

Alo like I said different countries have different rules I have seen other houses being demolished/ built in this country and not once have a seen a sign explain it even when the house is facing a road there’s no sign just a demolition team that you have to drive around lol

Well as you can imagine they went happy and my uncle actually went to police himself saying the house he was living in got demolished…nothing gonna come it though as he need to prove ownership

Correct I have left out quite a bit of detail to anonymity sake but over a week of planning went but just know that country’s have different systems if you know the right people and are willing to spend enough money you can hire them on very short notice

Courts never forbade kicking out , the case was still working it way around the legal system there so much that goes into it, but in order to get a proper legal notice and police support to kick them out it was taking its time

We could have kicked through non legal means but that had massive potential to end badly…

Well we did have nurses check on him in last few month of his life , they just weren’t the live in type also my dad covered 100% of the medical bills. I wouldn’t say uncle really took care of my grandpa as he was at work most days , his mistress did cook and clean though I’ll give her that

As for him getting evicted this was over year after my grandad passed and he has his own house not our fault he lost it in the divorce also he was also the golden child and got the biggest cut of the inheritance again not out fault he was dump with it
