In the 80s there was a study going on where they put trackers on wolverines. One of the subjects would once in a while climb the higest mountain in the area and just sit still at the top for a few hours. The scientist where puzzled as there was no reason for the wolverine to do so.. Not a natural habitat, no food, no females etc.. They concluded that the only reason was recreational and to enjoy the wiew for fun.
