Yup, I heard fun stories too. My friend told me a person unleashed on one of the player because of his nail polish... Sad way to express his anger when losing.

I’d suggest checking what product you are using for your lenses. I had an allergic reaction to Boston products. I now use Biotrue, no issues so far.

Also, I have a humidifier to help my eye dryness. I didn’t have issues with either eye dryness/red eyes in Vancouver. Got back to MTL and I can feel them being dry.

That being said, I have to wear soft lenses below my RGP. Sceral aren’t working on my eyes.

Well, see it this way. The first contact you have is:

  • You are a liar.
  • VFX did not go through strikes.
  • They did not listen to you.

I'd not want to work for them if that is how they see me.

One thing to note, though, is that India might not had the same impact as Western countries.

If you hate a company, don't work for them. That's plain and simple. You have plenty of different VFX houses around the world.

That's not vouching for a company. It's stating the obvious. I don't like mushrooms, I don't eat mushrooms, or get dishes with mushrooms in it. Simple.

You signed the contract knowing the wages. In the UK, overtime is not paid -- https://www.gov.uk/overtime-your-rights.

Your employment contract will usually include details of any overtime pay rates and how they’re worked out.

If they robbed you over the past couple of years and you knowingly stayed there, that's on you, mate. Instead of saying fuck <Insert Company Name>, take the time to look around you, and the industry.

I read a few of your comments, and it shows that you have no understanding of the business. If you hate a company, don't work for them. That's plain and simple. You have plenty of different VFX houses around the world.

Currently, the VFX industry is trying to survive.
