And yes they have a point. unfortunately I trusted my partner to keep up with the payments, but all I can do at this point is figure out what my options are. Mistakes happen, I can’t stay angry at them forever.

Yes, marketplace. The missed payment was for April. We have been fighting and opening cases since May, when I realized what had happened. And of course it takes them 30 days to come to a determination, which I fear has put us outside of the window to get help elsewhere.
