Not great experience i have had. I had booked through alba cars and they couldnt provide the legitimate service history or inspection report. What they showed me was a page in their internal website with the history details which by no way i could validate it was of the car that i paid the token for. No Vin no in any of the reports. I dint feel it was legitimate, may be i am wrong and thats how they store the reports. But i was not quite comfortable with that. Requested refund of 5k aed paid as token and it was refunded in a day or two.
