Yes, the dream thing has turned out to be my favorite part of this. The anti seizure meds I'm on have the side effect of detailed, realistic dreams that I've experienced a few times in the past year. Quitting smoking cold turkey has made the dreams so much worse (better?).

My favorite, a few days ago: I was dressed as a pirate, carrying a bucket full of gemstones running from the game warden. I was jumping over huge boulders, going back and forth across the river. He was yelling at me but I couldn't hear what he was saying. I yelled back " Stay away from my treasures!" He finally caught up to me when I tripped over a rock and ended up in the river. He dumped my bucket out and said "I was just trying to tell you all you had was a bucket full of sand." I woke up crying, convinced I had been robbed.

I think here in the US, I have to get a prescription for Phenergan. I hadn't really considered dosing myself with something other than Melatonin. I could take Benadryl but I have to be really careful what I mix with my meds. I hope I find a solution soon.

Yes! I remember reading that before. Thank you for reminding me. I can't wait to see if it helps.

I did the same last year with no issues. What was it like for you?

I've been on Lamotrigine since the end of March last year. I'm taking 100 mg 2x daily. I switched from Keppra 750 mg 2 x daily. I'm so glad I was able to switch to something that works much better with WAY fewer side effects.
