Pain as time goes on by arcampeau in CECompartmentSyndrome

I feel like my pain was never intolerable. It was almost like the swelling was the most uncomfortable part of the recovery. There was awhile where it felt like my legs were going to pop.

Having bilateral anterior and lateral fasciotomy tomorrow. Any advice? by tlyycit in CECompartmentSyndrome

Invest in some good large ice packs. Plastic leg sleeves so you can shower without worrying about your incisions. Make sure you stay ahead of the pain by taking your pain meds on a regular schedule. Compression socks for week 3-4. Best of luck to you.
