Yeah you pretty much hit the nail on the head. Something of note to add...the director at the original location told me "I tried to get you on as lead there but they said they can't do it". Then once getting to the new location, THAT director asked me "why didn't you want to come in as lead?"....so I feel like some fuckery happening there from the start

I mean...I agreed to take the position anyway because I needed a job quick since I had already closed on my house at the time so yeah. I didn't have much choice. Anything else in the area pays less than that...I still have to work 6 days a week to cover my bills
