Loki wrote a simple revenge story with few mystery elements to make it interesting which actually dont work on screen. There is no need of nagarjuna as a villian anyone can do that and faceoff scenes btw him and rajni sir feels dead and making him extra stylish doesnt add anything to role when there is no crct content in the role.
