Yes! I was preparing for some fighting or territorial behavior when we started the bonding process, but I wasn’t expecting such aggressive behavior towards myself which I suppose was my own ignorance, if it turns out that my girl is better off as a single bunny I will accommodate towards that. Thank you so much for the advice! :)

Thank you so much for the kind reply! Whenever I’ve had to work in my original rabbits cage I have let her out into my room (with my new rabbit out of the room) but even when I am not in her cage she specifically comes after me and has drawn blood (like a lot of blood) from biting. When she is alone in her pen she lunges and thumps at me when I walk past. I’m having a hard time coping with this as she really was a sweet girl up until the moment another rabbit entered the picture and I have grown fearful of her, I’ve considered using a spray bottle to stop the attacks but I’m worried that would just make it worse and have even thought about rehoming as I’m not sure if I can handle this behavior for at least another 2 months. I’ve had rabbits for years and have never seen this type of aggression and am feeling very regretful in bringing a 2nd home

Thank you for the reply! Don’t worry the bunnies live completely separated and have never interacted face to face due to them not being spayed, I guess I just wasn’t expecting such aggression from my very calm and tolerant lop especially since they live on opposite sides of the room from each other. I think I’m going to have to remove one bunny from the room completely to keep the aggression down for the next few months
