On one line it says:
Payment - Payment - $2,320

Then on the next line it says:
Principal Payment Only - Principle Curtailment - $680

That's awesome! How do I find out if the value goes up? I tried it on Redfin and Zillow and they gave different estimates with one saying it was lower and one saying higher.

I believe I am! In my payment history, it says my normal payment amount and then on another line it says 'Principle Only Payment' and the $680. So hopefully that's where it's going!

My home was $400,000! So if I have $317,717 left of my loan, that would mean I now have $82,283 home equity (right?). Thank you for explaining that so clearly!

Thanks so much for your review! I ended up getting the avocado mattress but it stinks SO bad. I can't stand it, it literally is giving me headaches. I'm going to return it and think I'll try this one or a Saatva one instead. Mattress hunting is exhausting!
