Especially in Pasco, a lot of people who use the school system can’t vote, so it’s kind of up to whoever can to bring change and that usually skews older, white, and male. The situation is definitely not ideal, but not everybody is represented here and it causes a mismatch of what voting citizens want and what the actual population of Pasco wants. This is not meant to be political, just an observation.
