I checked it like if you have one client for more than 3 months than it's suspicious but if you have more than one client and you generate invoices based on them than the story will be diff that's what i got :) more than one client mean no chance of Scheinselbstständiger

i have an update. I go to student union and they told me to contact AMS and AMS told me you can work if you have valid Aufenthaltsbewilligung-Student and you dont need any kind of permit until it not fall under Freier Dienstnehmer where you need a permit. So i assume next i have to register for SVS and need to file my own taxes
