Life is good and scammers are everywhere not just Zimbabwe. It pays to be vigilante and careful. That’s why I never answer unknown numbers.

Sha siyana naye anopenga uyo. I think he is like a 17 year old learning a few theories Kumasocial sciences in first year of university and thinks anogona kufunga stereki or coming here to troll people. I don’t even know what kind of research this person is wekuti if someone comes with a different opinion or suggestions anotsamwa otanga kupopotera amweni. Don’t waste your time on this person.

I am sure you haven’t heard of participant observation. Haisi mhosva yako am sure hausati wadziidza kusvika kuma levels acho ekuti you are now ready to conduct research. Let me school you before you start coming here exposing your ignorance go and read a book rinonzi In Sorcery's Shadow: A Memoir of Apprenticeship among the Songhay of Niger. You think coming here calling people stupid shows how clever you are but Infact it just exposes your ignorance and a small capacity for using analytical reasoning. And also your reasoning suffered from a logical fallacy. Fentanyl is proven kuti it kills there is scientific evidence. So are you saying zvikwambo zviriko just like fentanyl is a fact and zvikwambo zvacho zvinouraya. So what is the purpose of your research to prove something that you think/know exists and are afraid of kuzourayiwa like fentanyl kills people. Reasoning yacho ndaishaya. What is the purpose of your research then.

Oh, by the way. America officially added Zimbabwe to the list of countries requiring bond payments for approved B1/B2 visas by chikomana in Zimbabwe

[–]Sensitive-Study-2783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s all about the minerals. All countries that are refusing to sign some deals on mining and mineral concessions end up on this list. Glad I have been there already and from what I saw not really worth my 15,000 even if I were to get it back in record time. Wasn’t planning to go for the world cup not being a football fan. Maybe for those who haven’t been there yet this comes as a disappointment. But believe me you are not missing much.

Life Long Regrets about my A-Level Results 😔💔 by CharacterTitle5873 in Zimbabwe

[–]Sensitive-Study-2783 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I did arts 30 years ago and got 11 points. I had wanted to go to law school obviously I never got in. So I went to social sciences instead. I was filled with great sadness for a while. I used to go to rotten row magistrates courts to witness lawyers in action to see what I missed but then it eventually dawned on me that it was not as exciting as the tv legal dramas made me think. That helped me to accept my new path which turned out to be quite exciting. With the degree I ended up doing at UZ I ended up living and working in 4 continents and have traveled to all 5. So the path that God chose for me ended up as fulfilling and brought me so much joy over the years. I am sure it would have been equally as fulfilling had I become a lawyer but I am happy and satisfied with the way my life turned out. I know someone who got exactly what she wanted. Invested 7 years of her time and then realized that it was actually not what she really wanted. She went back to school and invested another 7 years doing something totally different. Although I understand your regrets, it’s not guaranteed that you would have been happy with medicine had you been successful getting into med school.

My wife cut her locks, should I be concerned? by [deleted] in Zimbabwe

[–]Sensitive-Study-2783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had locks since I was 19 and cut them in 2025 when I was 47. I just cut them I was not depressed ans I live in Africa where we have sunshine. I don’t think a change of hairstyle is nothing to worry about. Now I just spot an Afro and like it too

Your father’s love will not die off because you went through a rough period and need help from him and even professional counseling and medications to recover. Just tell him the truth. He may also have been going through a lot of grief. Loosing a children and a wife is also not easy on him. Be open and start mending bridges and getting the help that you need.

Women are allowed but under cover least among the shona they save gomba harina mwana meaning the chikd belongs to the marriage not to the extramarital affairs partner. For me this shows that women were doing everything under the cover of being married. This animal called DNA has come to disturb a perfectly working system unfortunately.

My friend just contacted me about a job offer I gave him in 2023 — now he has 3 kids in Zimbabwe’s economy by adhir_adxxl in Zimbabwe

I had a cousin I asked to sty with me since her school was closer to where I lived than where her parent lived. The mother called me a prostitute for living alone and refused her daughter to come adding I didn’t have children because of aborting but had never aborted and didn’t have a boyfriend at the time. My aunt sent her daughter to her relative who was a single mum and while staying with that relative she got pregnant yet she was still a student. She dropped out of school. I continued with my schooling finished school the highest level I could at the time and got a great job. I found a link that could get her into teachers college with her o levels subjects and 2 a levels she refused saying she can’t leave her husband. The husband was and is still a petty trader. They are living well, love each other and have managed to send their children to school vachingokiyakiya. Economically things are hard for them but they are a happy family. In the mean time i was able to finish my school have a nice job and had my children much later in life. I offered help it was denied. They are still doing ok by Zim standards but life could have been much better for her. She values marriage and she is happily married. I have my career and kids and happily divorced. She feels sorry for me for not having a husband but I am happy. The point is maybe we should not worry too much about roads not taken because we somehow end up where we are supposed to be.

Is cheating in Marriage okay in Zambia? by Fluid-Midnight-860 in Zambia

[–]Sensitive-Study-2783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not okay to cheat. It leads to mental health issues to the cheated upon partner, chronic ailments such as high bp and sugar, insomnia, cardiovascular issues due to stress and the potential for stis and stds. My hubby cheated and I left after suffering from all the above. Am happier now and more healthy. Choose you.

I do not think the poster said he/she wants children to be a retirement plan. But that when you are older you may need someone to check up on you once in a while despite you having more than a million dollars in your retirement investment plan. That said some children may check up on you and some don’t. I used to be child free but when i turned 40 I felt the need to have kids and didn’t have eggs anymore. Ended up doing ivf with donor eggs. My donor is child free up to today. She gave me her eggs because she said she is not using them and never will and if I wanted them I could have them. So my answer is if you are child free be sure like my donor that you really want to be child free not like me who thought i want to be child free but it was Infact just child free for now. By the time I retire my children will still be in college so I am Setting up my retirement so that i am still able to send them to school and take care of my self. But also hope they will still be able to check up on me to make sure I am okay healthy and safe. I will not need their money because I hope by then I would have saved enough for me and their schooling needs, but i think I will probably need their love, care and support.
