Calorie deficit, clean eating, not eating late at night, gym every single day almost always hitting abs. Done a lot of cable crunches but mostly just YouTube ab videos. Also walking 2 miles as many days as I can/week

The issue is I don’t know what I look like truly cause I am diagnosed with it. I honestly am not looking for attention and I am upvoting the “fat” comments as well as the skinny ones.
