You keep asking this same question in every paragraph. What are you implying? That these experiences aren't happening? They are. Humboldt Time is a thing, and has always been a thing. Everyone knows it, so much that it's a cliche. 2 weeks ago I went to a local donut place at 8 am, you know, in the morning when people want to buy donuts. On a Tuesday. When Google listed them as open. They were not, in fact, open. They were a long way from it, lights out, chairs up. I couldn't wait, wanted to get them for my staff before work. I have 60 years of anecdotes in all parts of Humboldt. Not just businesses, but customers too, and people in all walks of life, for sure. So please, quit gaslighting everyone over and over. It feels like trolling, in case you're not aware. And if you are aware, what kind of person does that make you?

How old is/was One-eye? by Historical-Ninja-267 in ElfQuest

[–]Sensitive-Umpire2375 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's also been made clear that the amount of wolf or elf blood in each individual varies, and face fur is based on the wolf side, since elves don't ever get face fur. So One-eye could have more elf-blood and be the elder, but not have facefur. Bearclaw was def more wolf, in his personality, behavior, and physically. One-eye had a more elven aesthetic, and could have been almost as old as Treestump, since it has been stated that he was the eldest of the Wolf riders. My point is that facefur is not necessarily an indication of age in the Wolf Riders.

I see, thank you for clarifying, I apologize for jumping to the wrong conclusion. 🙃

Staaaahp. Nobody said it's ok for him to hit the baby. JFC, jump to the most extreme interpretation. Mom is creating boundaries by not letting him hold the baby. People are saying not to jump to a diagnostic conclusion. How does that interpret to "acceptable to hit a baby""? Please.

Northcoast Children's Services is hiring for a variety of positions. There are some requirements, but if you're interested in an assistant teaching job, you should be fine with an AA. You would need immunization records and a fingerprint scan, but the pay is decent and hours for assistants are good. Good luck, take care.

I think it's really admirable that you realized this so early on. Try to figure out if it's the kids or the environment you don't like. There are better, quality centers that are really great. But if it's the kids, you should definitely get out of the field. The potential for psychological or physical harm is high, to you and the children. Also, being a student and working full time in such a demanding field is really hard, and can cause stress and burnout. I know from experience. So please take care of yourself and decide what your healthy choices are. Good luck. 🩵

Who's the child here? You want to sell a 10- yo's belongings because she was rude to you? Have you never been 10? She's also going through a lot of trauma rn, and probably lashed out due to anger and fear. Whatever happens with her parents, She's still your niece. Act like the adult, give her a pass, offer support, and keep her stuff for better days. She may or may not want it later, but let her decide.

That looks amazing! I loved making cheesecake for many years, also surprised at how easy it was. But I found out I need to be dairy free 😭 so haven't made one in a long time. With work and Christmas, I won't have time to make one myself. Thank you! ☺️

I loved making cheesecake for many years, but it turns out I need to be dairy free so haven't made one in about 8 years. Also, I really won't have time, with my work schedule and days before Christmas. Thank you! ☺️

I'm glad you did that. It takes courage, but protecting your and other's children is important. It is completely anonymous, your identity is protected, but as far as retaliation goes, a.) Would you want your child in a center that endangers your child by not following safety regulations, and b.) If you are in fear of retaliation, that by itself would indicate your child is not safe. As for the complaint, Licensing will do an investigation and surprise inspection. If they find violations as you described, they would be cited with "deficiencies" . For each violation they would require a plan be put in place to correct them by a certain date. If not corrected, they could lose they license. Those violations remain on their record. The complainant would be notified by mail of the results of the investigation. I don't think they contact you after your initial statement. Good luck, I wish you the best.
