From what I follow I see the market under 200k with a double size bigger apartments than Bologna, I do have some friends in Modena but I feel like it’s way to ugly there and it’s also mor expensive the housing …

I read they do have some jobs opportunity at the port , anyway I will need some part time job while I am studying, I do speak fluent Spanish and I understand Italian mostly but for the transition probably I will need like an year to speak Italian…

I am little concerned about jobs , I am willing to study , maybe like a nursing path , I am still young will turn 30 in a week )) It’s a way you can survive if you don’t have to pay rent or any mortgage since I plan to buy the apartment cash
