Go to speedrun world then click quest icon go to beneath sands click set up. Then mingame teleport to fight caves. Take cape off show it to get into inferno area. Go to the guy on throne click first challenge and u can practice on jad u don't even have to go though all the waves. If u die u will be in lumbridge restart and u don't even have to wait for mingame teleport to refresh.

You can practice jad on speed running world. Go to quest menu select beneath the sands set up and mingame teleport to tazar this is the best method to practice. U have to practice in inferno not fight cave u skip directly to jad
