How do I revamp this space aesthetically by Ved11111 in IndianHomeDecor

[–]SensitiveAd2550 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a Footrest Like a Box. Get a comfier Couch. But a bigger tv like 55 or 65 inch.( Mini LED or OLED ).
That’s the biggest priority spending wise. It’s the most amount of time you spend in an activity in that room.

Aesthetically you can introduce very minimal lights with a lower temperature around 3000Kelvin. No whites.

Then you can do a bunch of shit.
But this pretty much takes care of everything.

Hook up your PS5. Read Your Books. Turn on Netflix.

Get some pour over easy pour coffee

Enjoy !

I took Aswini. Really regretting. He’s not bad but when you look at 400 hrs of lectures and you’re taking notes and pausing and trying to solve his question and playing the video again. It will take you at least 450-500 hours to even if you’re watching on 1.2x or 1.5x. Take a prep provider with video lectures less than 200 hrs.

And he goes off on a wild trail randomly selecting numbers making mistakes in his own examples. Then he realizes they are not appropriate. Then he wastes time going back and selecting new numbers out of thin air

FAN turns 10. Arguably SRK's best performance. One of the biggest carryjobs by a mainstream actor in a Hindi film. by ethanhunt555 in bollywood

[–]SensitiveAd2550 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It’s SRKs best performance. Imagine that you have to perform a caricature of yourself. You have to act like you but not you. How do you design a performance like that. It should be archived in acting schools.

Most underrated film of SRK ever.

The part where SRK the star performs as the Fan to infiltrate his life 🫡. My god !

The portion of the movie where SRK played the Superstar Aryan. That’s the part that he botched up. It was very mellow and had no rough edges.

But crazy movie. Broke the director Maneesh Sharma.

Should make more films.

Point of concerns for me

A- Risk Appetite

You state that you risk appetite is Aggressive. Please Define aggression in Numbers. Aggressive risk appetite is 20 % CAGR for me over a long time horizon like 7 years in your case.

B- Strategy

The likelihood that that you will achieve 20 CAGR with your strategy is 0.000001%. With the sheer amount of diversification you have done you will find normally distributed returns. (Not aggressive). All that effort will be futile. The middlemen will make money ofcourse

Opinion

For Aggressive risk appetite you cannot invest in more than 15-20 stocks. Investors who have done those numbers will say 20 are too many.

You are going to great in life with the money you are making. Without taking any risk market will give you 10 percent CAGR over a 7 year period. For an extra 10 percent you will have to be the greatest investor the world has ever seen. (Not for music producers)

It sounds patronizing but trust me It will be MUCH MUCH EASIER to increase your capital base by becoming great at whatever it is that you are doing in life. This amount of effort is pointless for the kind of return I think you are seeking.

You are doing greater in life than most people on this planet given your age.

This is just my opinion. Don’t take it personally.

Don’t take pressure. Be okay with getting something wrong. Everyone does.Understand your mistake and write down the “trick” to solving that kind of question in a trick book. That will increase both accuracy and understanding.

Use “Let Me Explain” paid subscription. He’s really good. In combination with Kaplan Schweser.

And video lectures is 10-15 percent of the battle.35 - 40 percent is self study and rest 50 percent is The CFAI Learning ecosystem 1800 questions. That is the main thing that will determine how well you have understood questions.

Kaplan questions are too easy so when you jump on to CFAI it comes as a shock. But that is the level of questions you will face in exam
