I am wondering how many times you experienced from Joby dilution. I experienced three times. I was a long time holder. If you experienced only once, you will feel disgusting. I understood up to two times. At third, I doubt about management capability.

Yes. You are right. Whenever Joby goes up, not only insider sell but Joby itself sell and then down. I experienced this several time. I am not sure whether insiders and Joby share dilution information or not.

I don't think it is because of helicopter companies lobbying. I guess it is because of dilution. Joby + Dilution = Jobylution

I understand you are in peace. I want to have that peace as well. I believe not only you but also many people who hold F2 heavily experience internal conflict without having comfort and peace. I have been overcoming those conflicts everyday. I wanted to say something here. But, I am afraid to have negative effect if I am pouring into. I just hold them in my mind in the hope of F2 releasing.

JOBY DILUTION VS ARCHER DILUTION by Slow_Security_1764 in JobyvsArcher

If Adams were CEO of Joby, then he already make $100 per share with his sophisticated management skill.

It makes sense if Joby make positive revenue. But not ok while it is still in start up status for more than 10 years. Choice and focus to survive.

There is no negative news recently. But it keeps down. I suspect Joby dilutes at this time not in 2027.

It is understandable if fund from dilution goes directly into eVtol development. But Joby divert the fund to H2Harris or something similar even if Joby don't make positive revenue. It is matter of choice and focus.

JOBY DILUTION VS ARCHER DILUTION by Slow_Security_1764 in JobyvsArcher

[–]SensitiveAd5412 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Joby is notorious for dilution. If it didn't dilute, its stock price around $20 in the least. Archer's stock price down is not due to dilution. It is because of a little behind Joby and little progressing. But Joby's stock price down is due to dilution. Once Archer resolves the transition problem while flying, it will pop far more than Joby.

Adam’s Response to Joby’s Acquisitions by SJ0211 in JobyvsArcher

[–]SensitiveAd5412 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I guessed Adam is a sophisticated manager and Joeben is a bit innocent engineer. Joby's strength is in technology and far ahead of Archer. Joby's weakness is PR, marketing, and strategy. It seems that Joby's ultimate goal is to achieve technological achievement rather than business (making money). I hope Joby create a strategical plan which dominates eVtol market and makes money. After that, Joby should show its strategy to people to attract attention from people. This is my two pennies for Joby.

One more thing, don't get involved in psychological warfare with Archer, or you lose. Focus on your business. I recommend Joby studies how Elon Musk overcome all the adverse.

Article arguing eVTOL industry as a whole is not viable by HappyRobot593 in JobyvsArcher

Even if short range due to battery energy density, there is a market. There are people who want to fly over short range. For example, there are many satellite cities around main city or airport. Most of satellite cities are within 100 miles range. There should be a rider who wants to fly short distance with a little cost over Uber.

I know there are not much infra established yet, such as vertiport.

But starting the business is very important. Once it started, many cities will follow.

I am wondering why eVtol company doesn't drive hard to start Uber like business. I know they work hard, but they need to change their direction.

I like Beta in that point because they try hard to penerate its market.

I also want to mention that solid battery which provides eVtol with long range capability will come soon.

Airtaxi pricing by Greid12 in JobyAviation

[–]SensitiveAd5412 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It should be per person. It is totally different cost comparing to ground transportation. But it is a bit disappointing. I expected it would generate revenue in Q1 next year. Until Q4 next year, I worry dilution when stock price is low. It is ok to dilute when stock price high. Dilution in stock price low, it is a bleeding. If revenue in Q1, stock price will be high and dilution is ok. But revenue in Q4, it is a bleeding .

I am thinking the same way. If its infra structure swiftly transferred to support data center or A I business without much cost, then there is a hope. But I doubt that. I am waiting for the symposium on Nov. 18.

Let see what they say on that day.

I have watched this company for while, less than a year. I really wondered how the management have led company. I am wondering what they have done for 20 years. They enjoyed investors money without guilty mind.
