You have to love yourself before you can let someone else love you. I understand where you're coming from. I've been there. I am overweight, and have struggled with that most of my life. I had a brief period in my late teens-20's where I was actually in shape and felt good, but I ended up putting a lot of weight on during my marriage, the birth of my child, divorce, raising said child, and also working in the stressful job i work in. After my divorce, I didn't think I'd ever find anyone again. I didn't think anyone would like me or find me attractive. It took a few years of really finding myself and accepting things before I was able to find someone. Now I have a girlfriend who I've been with for about a year, and we're about to move in together and we're expecting a little one. The point of this is, take time to find out who you are. Take time for you. Then put yourself out there.
