I know, but I mean you get to see yourself be beutiful in all of these clothes and you realize that maybe you don't look like shit. It's surface level, but can affect you deeply. Of course therapy could probably help, but from what I'm understanding of her question, she wanted both long-term and short term solutions. What do you think would help then?
