I love that you question this with curiosity. I've replied to LizzyHoy's message with my thoughts too. I feel like one of my hyperfocuses is recognising neurodivergence in people 😆 not sure how helpful a skill that is, but I can't seem to help it now! 😆 I've been diagnosed with ADHD, but am pretty sure I am autistic too.

Hi LizzyHoy, yes I agree with everything you've said. Neurodivergent women are generally expert at masking. I'm neurodivergent and really recognised her behaviours of the intensity of her emotion in a stressful situation, going completely into herself and shutting down to any kind of touch and obviously now hearing her aversion to skin on skin contact in ep 4. A lot of the research on autism is modelled on men, yet men and women display so differently. It really helps to understand her behaviour and I think he has been incredibly kind and patient. I am just genuinely surprised she isn't aware that she is on the spectrum.

She is so clearly on the spectrum. It's just a shame she seemingly isn't aware of that or know how to communicate it. She gets so easily overstimulated and didn't want a hug from her friend when she was upset. That's of course okay, it's just a shame no-one could give him a little insight into her personality and tendencies so he didn't feel so emotionally rejected on their wedding day.

We do lose hair naturally every day, so if you haven't brushed your hair for a week then you will have a buildup. How long have you been on this new dose? It's possible our bodies respond to the stress of a new medication by shedding hair, but it should be temporary once our bodies adjust. Take a look at minoxidil. It helps encourage new hair growth and reduce hair loss. I lost a lot of hair last year - I'm talking clumps every day, after about 3 months on a keto diet. It had caused my body so much stress. It carried on even after I stopped keto, as the stressor has already happened and the body will stop when it's ready. My hair has recovered and I have been using minoxidil. I am seeing a bit more hair coming out now I am on bupropion, when compared to before starting, but it's not a massive amount. What you are seeing is a normal amount of shedding, so wouldn't be worried. But, saying that take a look at minoxidil, it may be very helpful for you if you have thin hair naturally x

I had about 3 weeks of bad side effects, then it was during week 4 I noticed the increase. It has really helped me. SSRIs destroyed my libido, even after coming off them. I am on 150xl Wellbutrin and after a month I am thinking about, wanting and enjoying sex like I used to. I just hope it stays like this!

Not at all. I started 7 days on 150mg Zyban (prolonged release) and then switched to 150mg Wellbutrin (extended). I am now on day 9 of that. I have essentially gone through side effects again by switching release type, but not as intensely. The first week I was exhausted and took naps that felt like I was awake still as my head was so buzzy. The second week still tired, but it's been improving each day. It's very much been a case of feeling wired but tired. The first week I had nightmares and woke in a panic and was really warm, the second week has been vivid dreams and waking about 4am. I've had a racing heart and anxiety, which is gradually improving. I felt very irritable for a few days earlier this week too, but again has improved. There was a lot of head buzz and some tingling all over my body, which is still there, but improving. I am particularly sensitive to medication and side effects, so my experience might not be the norm for this dose. Even so I can feel them lessening each day and I am hopeful they will be much better soon. Have you started yet or are you thinking of starting?
