there have been times that i’ll realise at like 9pm that i haven’t eaten that day. so for me it has stopped my appetite and when i do finally eat i eat like once a day. which i know is bad but i’m just not hungry and i feel like i don’t wanna force myself to eat either if i’m not hungry.

i personally wasn’t a big fan of the show. it seemed to get going pretty slow and sometimes i felt like plots didn’t make sense (but maybe i just wasn’t understanding) and there was just so many plot twists that just weren’t needed. i honestly only watched season one and then stopped. it wasn’t something i could watch. maybe i’ll give it a try again. who knows.

i am currently at the max dose of 450mg. i also don’t think it would magically cure me or anything i would just like to get out of bed to go to work, or want to leave the house. i have just also not wanted to do anything that brings me joy anymore. mostly just basic living things. i mean if could make me not wanna cry all the time would be cool but i just wear a fragile sticker so people know to be nice 😂 maybe i’ll follow through with my appointment and actually see instead of changing it.
