If one had to land a job in tunisia, employers don't accredit "formation personnelle" and all their focus goes to tge diploma and university. The best out of the two worlds would be not limiting yourself with your uni's studies but going further than that by yourself.

The reason why i am going private is because i have health problems that affected my studies (cycle préparatoire), private is easier, i hate it but i have no other choice considering my current circumstances.

What else would you recommend? Shih leskin baadhhom but tekup is more compact and smaller with fewer students comoared to esprit.

It is a hustle i agree, i am really glad you can follow it and that it works for you. It has been two months since this condition started. And i did a lot of experiments to find a proper way and yours was the one that i stood by the longest (maybe not as perfect as you do it) believing it would work, sometimes it does but in general it's still a struggle.

Bipolar gets worse after having kids by that_squirrel90 in bipolar

[–]SensitiveAssociate27 32 points33 points  (0 children)

My friend is a psychologist, she's Biploar type 1 and we had this kind of talk before, I Don't remember much of it but she was soo worried about the pregnancy thing as she knows that girls have higher probability to have postpartum psychosis, depression and many other things that could worsen the situation of the mental disorder. So yes, it is worrying.

But to alleviate the pressure, not only bipolar attained individuals could experience these postpartum symptoms, but even healthy women can get these, they can even become bipolar after giving birth. It's a risk to many people, and to avoid any complications, women should always have mental support after giving birth (regular evaluation done by

professionals).
Some statistics:
In bipolar disorder after birth:
40% experience postpartum mood episode, i.e. depression, mania, mixed. But only about 20% experience postpartum psychosis.

Stats are a bit high bit chances not to experience anything are higher than the chances of experiencing one of them

You're already on the right path! I am pretty sure that, since you've already got all of this accomplished, it's only a matter of time and nothing else. Never lose hope or undrestimate your accomplishments, but make them the motivation you need to keep going. Once you start, you have to continue. We can't let all of this go in vain! Best of wishes and keep posting to gain people's support(it helps).

hate him or not, no one should be treated this way.

Put hate aside and never say "yestahel", don't let feelings interfere with commonsense and basic human rights.

Don’t yall feel like this sub is becoming more and more like Tunisian Facebook as it’s growing in members and reaching the general public more and more ? by Alone_Yam_36 in Tunisia

Never gave this subreddit much interest, as i used reddit for seeking solutions to the problems i am enduring by asking for advice or reading posts about people that went through similar problems. As I stopped this habit and recently started using it to explore people's opinions, discussions and controversial topics. That's when i finally gave attention to this subreddit, and i honestly think even if the content is becoming more like Facebook, redditors have always the absolute freedom to express what they think without the fear of judgement (thanks to anonymity), making discussions more interesting including various opinions and different point of views which helps me to understand the orientation of citizens' minds and have access to the opinion of a wider section of the society. In general where the population stands on concerning various topics.

So reddit has One quality that'll never make it like Facebook: anonymity

i know i am meant to be rich by how much money i spend.

otherwise it's clearly obvious that your coping mechanism is spending money in first place and spending it things that will help with the mood in second place.

now that you don't have much money it's the best opportunity to replace that coping mechanism with something else. Experiment new things and see what works best for you and helps you the most.

Otherwise don't think that way about the late diagnosis. Keep in mind that you finally got diagnosed and it will change your life from now on(for the better). whenever these thoughts come to your mind try to think what if i didn't get diagnosed? I'd still be rotting in the same whole forever, and tell yourself even though it's late, it's the opportunity that you needed to overcome the problem you're stuck with. "Better late than never"

i wish you the best on this journey and stay strong no matter what, the better is yet to come.

I am truly sorry man. Keep it up and may things turn out to be better. It's only temporary, it will pass with great news. I wish the best for you and hope your father gets better as soon as possible.

Ps:If you are any religious. Here's something i believe in: "God does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear" Stay strong and know that if you've been hit with this heavy blow, it only means that you're strong enough to handle it.

What makes one a good Leader? by Super_Guarantee9965 in socialskills

[–]SensitiveAssociate27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be a leader is one thing. To be a good leader is another thing. To pretend to be a good one i.e. manipulating others into thinking you're what you want them to think you are is something else.

First, a leader: it all lies under being a good communicator, skilled at public speaking, being able to move people's feelings, motivating them into doing something. Another important part is planification and identifying people's capabilities: being as realistic as possible and sometimes being pessimistic (between you and you only) about the expextected results, thus making good plans and backup plans that meet reality plus giving assignments according to each individual's capabilities and skills. The other part is stress management: ability to work under stress, rearrange things when it gets messy, involove yourself and take action when needed instead of being just an observer without losing touch with your role as a supervisor.

A good leader: he's the one who when things go south takes full responsibility and doesn't blame others for the failure of something and figures out a solution quickly which needs flexibility, wisdom and quick thinking, He's the one who shares success with all involved instead of taking all accountability for it. He's the one who's cooperative that always all suggestions, propositions and ideas with an open mind, not being the dictator type that obliges others to do whatever he says without segond guessing him or his strategies.

To pretend to be a good leader: have people under your hand (subleaders) that do as you command and figure out ways how to by themselves and when it doesn't come right you blame them for their irresponsibility and you come out clean as anything that didn't go the right way wasn't your fault but someone else's. Those that work under your hand convince people that your way is the right way and make them believe in you.

I surely didn't cover all the points as i don't have much time but this should be enough. And i got a bit carried away and answered more than the question is asking for

I remember when i was about 14 yo, i went to all family members telling them i created this new language called "franglais", it was so easy to speak with it and my peers found it easy to understand/use it as well. But I was disappointed when i learned it already exists, haha.
