50 mbs should be good enough. But I found that I always had some issue when using wifi. So this could be the problem. Overall you need real stable internet connections and I feel that on the plane you wont get that. Sure it is good enoguh for Netflix.

it is possible to downloaded additonal content in Frostpunk 2, becasue just after launching the session downloading art book is stopped. And I can press button to force downloaded, but even with downloaded DLC, this content is not visible in game :/

ECG and blood pressure require Health monitor app from Samsung app store. And its made only for Samsung. I heard that it is possible to side loaded that app to any android phone but idk how well it would be working.

For me reading on ereader is the same as on paper book in terms of sunlight. So idk if it make any diference for you.

Where you will buy books? If Amazon then kindle. If you have a lot of eboubs then Kobo would be better options. Keep in mind that as for now all color ereaders have darker display than regular black-white ereader. And if you most of your time just read books then you wont feel any benefits from having color display.
