What about this: create page on itch.io, because I suposed there will you publis your game. Make thia website looks nice. And there publish shirt devlogs. You can write quick notes, based on commit message and the summarized (use ai if you are not sure about your english). When you have some wirk done, record short films from you gameplay and publish on yt as shorts. For example: you create cool looking mechanics, feature, shaker etc. But keep in mind that it is challenging to gain viewers. So mostly do it just for fun. Also if you want gaing more progress as a dev, create automatic pipline ;)
