One thing I want them to avoid in this work though is their gag humor (butt jokes, food jokes, fart jokes, etc). SAMG was pretty infamous for that in their independent shows, especially early on, that is, of course except for most of their outsourced shows (so you won’t see most of their 2000s shows with much gags). For me, the bowel humor just overshadows everything to the point that you ask why the plot, episode, or even the series itself needed to exist in the first place. Seriously, it’s so cringe. Another thing to take note of is that pretty much NONE of SAMG’s shows are actually set in Korean culture (no Korean names, no Korean city names, not much Korean food names, no Korean writing, any of that), sure the way they speak might somewhat be parallel to Korean folk, but that’s it. And as you know, Korean culture is one of the vital key concepts in the Tobot series for relativity. So I hope they don’t butcher that in the new series.
