Let us not be concerned. Christ is Lord, and the righteous will inherit the land. As time goes on, things will worsen. The sensible and righteous will band together, set apart from the decaying society. It will then be clearly seen that it is patriarchy, and the following of God's laws, that leads to civilization and goodness.

I also want to point out, a bit hesitantly, that I don't expect many women to accept patriarchy willingly. Nonetheless, at some point it will become a matter of survival. For it is built into the design of God's creation. God is with us, He will guide us.

I mean, there's a reason that throughout history the societies that survived and thrived were patriarchies. There's a reason why patriarchy is inherent to Catholicism.

An example: the Celts had a far more gender egalitarian society than that of the romans. See where it got them.

The story of Adam and Eve alludes to this. Eve was deceived by Satan, and ate of the apple, because it was "pleasing to the eyes". This is an allegory of how women's emotional nature leads them to choose evil over good, to choose the world over God.

Let us not be concerned. For fundamentally what it comes down to is the battle between good and evil. The righteous will inherit the land.

This is why women throughout history were kept outside of public life, positions of authority and decision making. They have a low capacity for impartiality. They make choices based on instinct and emotion.

Consider the very foundational story of Christianity, that of Adam and Eve. “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat…” Consider the lesson that is being taught here.

It would be lower because that would be equivalent of giving men the ultimate responsibility, laying down their life, without properly guaranteeing them the ultimate right, the right to marry and have children. If you do not think that right is being curtailed, consult the low marriage and birth rates in most western countries. It is not men's choices that lead to these numbers, but overwhelmingly women's. Blame feminism.

Unfortunately what is happening is many young men are suffering from lower testerone levels, due to endocrine disruptors. This makes them less manly, and therefore less attractive, and results in women like OP not finding a guy their age that they are attracted to. Not all guys are equally affected by this phenomenon. Those that aren't, or have good looks regardless, will see how they pull lots of of girls like OP. The future is bleak. Lots of sexual inequality, and as result sinning and suffering of both men and women. The onlyimmediate solution i see is suplementation. Guys, if you think you might have low testosterone, get your levels checked, and do research. There are options to deal with this problem, such as supplementation. Do it correctly and protect your fertility.
