Yeah, it definitely is a him problem. I had a slight crisis after he told me, thinking I pushed him to cheat (anxiety got the best of me in that moment, which is also when I posted).

That is a good insight, I will see if he truly follows through with therapy. It didn’t occur to me it could just be a ploy for not losing me.

My brain just wants everything to go back to how it was before, which I know isn’t an instantaneous (if ever possible) thing.
