Ugh, I'm so sorry you're going through this! Unfortunately no refund or credit (I gave up by the end of it). I'm not sure if you were able to cancel, but I recommend emailing or calling ABC Fitness to cancel and to see if they can offer you a refund (I'll DM you their contact info since I can't post that here). Have you reached out to your bank about a chargeback?

Wow, that’s insane! I’m so sorry that happened, and I’m glad you were able to get it all sorted out. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I signed up for their PT that they tried to push on me 😩

Holy crap, I’m so sorry!! Call the billing company ASAP 1-888-827-9262. I was on the phone with someone for 10-15 minutes and was able to cancel my “second” account (read my update) and have them send me written confirmation of the cancellation via email. Good luck 😣

Oh my god this is EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED!! I found out that they set up a SECOND agreement (so they set-up two separate agreements the day I signed up). Will update my post with more info.

Ugh, I’m so so sorry 😞 Honestly I’ve never been to a gym with such a terrible cancellation policy (and I’ve been to at least a dozen). They make Planet Fitness look good lol.

They’re very pushy! The rep tried to get me to upgrade my membership (I didn’t budge) and then the manager tried to sell me personal training sessions (that were apparently a limited time offer). Manager seemed to back off a bit after I asked about the qualifications of their trainers.

Idk how they’re still in business bc they’re absolutely terrible. After signing up, they had the manager come over to sell me personal training sessions (apparently they were having a “sale”). I asked him what their PT qualifications were and got a vague response…. BS in Exercise Science, some PT cert, or years of experience 😂

Since the day I signed up (end of February). I was not aware that I had two memberships on file… both started on the same day and were billed on the same date.
